I sketched this scene whilst waiting for the Wapping Group Exhibition to open at the nearby Mall galleries. The runners, flags and musicians waiting for their gig to start made for a busy composition!

After all the recent snow it was nice to get out on a warm spring day. This was worked over a couple of days.
